"Heaven is an American salary, a Chinese cook, an English house, and a Japanese wife. Hell is defined as having a Chinese salary, an English cook, a Japanese house, and an American wife."

:D

not much that architects the world over could find. japanese domestic architecture has been very influential, just ask frank lloyd wright :)

only central tokyo, its amazing how it becomes applied across the board though.

Japanese may have small houses, but they have beeeeaaauuutiful yards - if they have them at all :D

English cooks....yeah..they suck. Big time.
At every meal they say "Heh! Let's drop the [insert name of whatever meal here] in the oven! And let's put half a bottle of ketchup over it after we burned it at 225 deg. C. for more than an hour!"

I hate it when they do that mad2

you forgot that we like to boil everything for 4 hours too, that way there's no danger of flavour, crunch or even colour ;) :D
