It's amazing stuff, like pastrami, but so much BETTER

ahh it is a beef brisket (usually kosher)

slowly smoked with spices

I've been near tornadoes in Michigan. I've been thru blizzards & torrential downpours there too. I have now, unofficially, been through a hurricane in the state with a thumb. Earthquakes & 115 degree temps & they'll have it all.
