Seriously..before it was easy...ya hit the IMG tag...put in the image's link..voila...image is in.
Now...no deal.
Even trieduploading the image and linking to it from here..no dice.

Dynamic image tags (those with ? in the link) are disabled for security reasons...

Use [ attachment]x[/attachment] to show an attachment, where x is the post ID #, in this case 175080 (see the little #x next to the post date/time? Find the number just after postid= in that link, and that's your post ID #)
