NEW YORK/CHICAGO (Reuters) - A federal judge on Friday blocked a threatened strike by flight attendants at bankrupt Northwest Airlines Corp., saying he needs more time to consider the matter.

Competely different circumstances, highway. It was against the law for the flight controllers to strike in the eighties. It's only stupid for these guys to do it.

Yea I know about the no strike clause they had, similar to what the post office has (diferent contract)..

What I was getting at it is damn foolish to strike when you are looking at unemployment if the company closes up...
