I'm looking for a free host for a gaming clan site. It needs php and MYSQL support. Has to be in English and allow Bulletin Boards. coolfreepages.com is crap and registration doesn't work.
You're not going to get a very reliable solution for free. Most of them don't allow intensive scripts including those that send out emails. You'd be much better off going with a paid host.
