good question, its 12:24AM here

I think the board default was gmt if not mistaken, here it is 7:27pm, probably the board default time, wouldn't it be?

it's odd, the times i see are -11 hours and i'm used to hwc being -5. quite confusing when you're flipping back and forward between forums.
