that is not a criminal offense, if someone at my office did it to me I would sure as hell bring them up on harrassment charges at work, whether it happened at work or not.

end point: I wouldn't want to associate with anyone who would say those things, taking it out of the forum, I probably think most poeple here would not want to associate with someone who would do that, if your pissed off, PM blast the person.

I don' know who was banned, like you I don't want to know, but I think that if anyone did that here they would receive the same treatment, from newbies to people who have been here for a number of years, certain actions jsut can't be tolerated.
