Who designed them?? Anymore coming soon?? Can i or any other user design them and submit them?

That logo won a contest, the prize for the best logo was a ddr stick.

I don't see a problem with you designing new logos, however, there would have to be some kind of voting from the members in order to add it to the list. Just a thought, fury or sam might think otherwise.

Your Logos...what program are being used to create them? Is it merely a moving BMP?

Use some gif animator program. There are tons of free ones to try.
