Yup, that pic just goes to show that we need yet even more legislation for people to own guns.

Finger on the trigger, gun up, may be the orientation of the lights but that little gurl looks to be past the fire-line (and he is the one holding the gun)

Maybe trigger locks that open once you have a written declaration of your intentions to as to: why you need to fire the weapon, at what your going to fire the weapon, and is the ammo proper for the intended target - - - and a public board to verify that your intentions and equipment are legal in the county your in.

Didn't he have to get some permit for to participate in this event? Did he have to take a written safety exam? Or was it just issued to him because he is royalty?
