They can work with a lot of work. Post and I had one for 6 months. Then we got smart, I moved their and we moved in together. Much nicer and a lot more funner!!

I have been in a long distance relationship for 6 years. it's not too bad as i have the best of both worlds. my space mon-fri and most weekends i get to ..well have a good time.

That sounds like the type of long distance relationship I'd want to have someday =)
