Man arrested after Mexican-flag burning

I was going to say that I didn't think anyone should be arrested for burning any flag, even ours. I see though that he wasn't arrested for burning the flag, he was arrested because the Tucson PD caved to pressure from an outside government. I'll bet they're really proud.

Ummm...

At about 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Tucson police cited Roy Warden, 58, on suspicion of assault, criminal damage and reckless burning, and then released him, according to Sgt. Decio Hopffer.

criminal damage and reckless burning? Anyway, I wonder what they'd charge someone with for burning the US flag...:devious:
