How many states, not in rebellion, were slave holding states? As I recall, most,if not all, were under the No-Slaves banner.

How exactly does "Three-fourths of the people in this country say there has been significant progress toward equality, but only 66 percent of blacks felt that way" tell us that hispanics are better than blacks?

That's just until one cuts him of in traffic, then it'll flip the other way. ;) A man's got to have priorities.
