good sushi rocks.. bad sushi is horrid. There is no middle ground. Come to my world and I will take you to the best sushi place on the east coast.

I get meat in about 40% of my meals.
 
strangely enough no. The base metabolic process conversion of grain into meat eradicates all of the particular protein element that is the problem.
 
About 90 to 95% of my meals include meat. I'd say 50 to 60% beef.
 
Almost all my meals have meat, too, especially dinner. Sometimes I'll just have Macaroni and Cheese for lunch or something.
 
Red meat: About 3-4 times a week
Pork: About 2-3 times a week
Chicken: Does chicken flavored ramen count? :D
Fish: Usually only when I catch it.

I'd eat more meat but it's usually not my money I'm spending when I go to the grocery store.
