Mexican nationals suing AZ rancher for arresting them entering the U.S. illegally

You can't read now?

We don't know what we don't know.
YOU don't know either.

My next door neighbors now are probably here undocumented.
They don't bother me, and I'm not messing with them.
Don't know, don't wanna know....atm.
They act right.

Ok, I'll agree. We don't know what we don't know. Except that your neighbors act right.

What makes you think they're undocumented?

They don't speak English.
There's maybe 6-12 at a time in a double wide-short.
They Very rarely come outside.
...

You know I have a profiling system. I've mentioned the support of the process.

I call it a process, you call it bigotry.

he does still have the right to tell them to get the hell off his property as they are trespassing though. i guess that right hasnt been taken away from him yet. its early though

The status of citizenship has no bearing in the issue. Arizona statutes require the property owner give the trespasser reasonable time to vacate his premises before the trespasser(s) can be charged with a misdemeanor. And making a citizen arrest in the State of Arizona can only be performed when the violator is in the commission of a felony.
