Well, my mom is finally out of the hospital. After the five day stay in the ICU unit, she was transported to a care facilty where she stayed for about a month and a half.
It turns out that the whole thing was actually started from a kidney stone, which she hasen't passed yet, and from what I hear, don't want to experience it myself. Anyway, the fall in the bathroom caused major nerve damage to the sciatic nerve. The doctors predict that she will probably never be able to use her right foot like normal. That means car driving is going to be ruled out until she gets some kind of specal gobber put in that she can excelerate with.
Her left side is fine though. My grandma has been with her everyday since it happened and will stay with her until she can be on her own again.
As for the fucknut that was there when it happened and left her on the floor for 18 hours in the same position? Well, his stupid ass is in jail for tresspassing. It turns out he likes to go rummaging around in garbage cans at night. He just happened to pick a garbage can where a cop was resting up against his car around the corner one night. Now he's in jail, so I won't be able to kick his ass for a while. Now I'm hearing that this is a reagular thing with him. My mom said he does this shit all the time. He's 29 now so I've come to the assumtion that this is pretty much the way he is going to the rest of his life. A fucking waste of sperm.
Anyway, mom's doin better and should be back up to speed soon. Probably going to see her on President's Day weekend next month.
