I'm searching now, but ....
I have a problem periodically where there is a newer/higher Hz
monitor on a computer, and I hookup an old one to do diagnostics.
The setting for the display are higher on Hz than the monitor
I'm hooking up can handle, so it scrambles it.
Some times I can see well enough to use a mouse and fix the setting to work,
but sometimes it so scrambled that I can't do anything with it.
Of coarse if I startup in safe mode it works, but like in 2000 I don't
see where I can change it so that it stays when I reboot in reg mode.
Is there a hotkey combo to change the res?
or maybe is there a way to make it stay in a certain res after safe-mode.
or to reset the settings or something.
