A distinct possiblity. Perchance, would you consider the other option that, if it were a fair & equal incentive, it would be of a Marxist design since there, then, would be no incentive...just a give-away.
 
I don't want life to be fair... it would be boring... but I plan on giving as little as possible to the tax man.
