how lovely!
Unc knows the way up here, if y'all wanna grab a few of um. ;)

Edit: they didn't do too good last year, and were getting too big, so I cut
the bush back by about half, and they are really coming back big time this year. :D

Like, in his backyard.

say cat....whatcha doin' the week of the 21st? ;)

i haven't been fishing in entirely too long. i honestly think i'd need a refresher course on a rod and reel.

This month?
I don't usually plan that far ahead. :D I can pencil you in. :)
Nothing to using the rod.
You Can jerk um out with just a cane pole here. :D

i like the push button deal not that flip over bar thing. i really need to get my own "feeshin' gear" again.

I've got an open-face ultra-lite that I like, but I've got the regular
Zebco 202, and 404 thumb release. (push button)
The one's that really take some practice are the high dollar "bait casters".
They are like a mini deep sea type thing. I used to have one of those,
and could cast it from bank to bank. (about 150-200 yards)

whatcha got in the water out there? bass?

Perch (Bluegill, and Brim)
and Channel Cats.
There might still be a Largemouth bass or 2, but I wouldn't count on it.

Some of the cats should be reaching 5lbs now. I know theres plenty of
second gen 1+ ponders.
Last year I saw a Brim that was hitting 2lbs. The biggest I believe I've
ever seen in here. (probably still there somewhere)

i actually stress out more over my mum-in-law than my own mother.
my mom is easy, flowers. she's happy.

my mum-in-law is a tad bit more high maintenance ;)
mother's day, birthdays, & christmas is high stress for all of us (me, my hubby, & his 2 sisters) :D

So here's a question....How does one go about mother's day with the eventually future mother in law and grandmother in law to bes? I've been invited to go to lunch with the family (I've spent every holiday with them since my bf and I have been together) but what is the proper way to go about things....I'm sure if he gets a card I could sign it with him like he'll do for my mom, but what about sending flowers or something?

Have you seen Meet the Fockers? :grinyes:

My kids are going to their dads.

I will be sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeping on Mother's Day. :jump:
They're gonna make me gifts there and when they come home we'll have our little moment then.
