They can. It just takes a jillion dollars to implement. 20 minutes and 2 pallet jacks @ 30$/hour seem nice and tolerable in comparison.
 
It would be much easier if they'd unload trucks that quick.

That's not hard to implement, it's called a live floor or a walking floor...Trailer not empty in 20 minutes? Throw the switch on the trailer and the goods are in the warehouse in five....
