A couple of advices:
Disable microsoft network for the wireless adapter: other below the router/access point might be able access your resources.
Make sure to use secure connections when sending passwords, it is way easy to sniff a wireless connection and the least you need is someone having your passwords.
Web: use https.
Email: POP3 and SMTP are not encrypted by default, if possible use a webmail interface through https.
