Actually, I believe it is on samcurry's account at Xibase. And it has flood control so little troublemakers like you don't flood the boards.

Hosted on XiBase, which is owned by samcurry aka Neo, and hosted on F5hosting.com

And it had flood control because I couldn't find the option to change the flood control duration. I just set users to be allowed to bypass flood control, screw it anyway. If it becomes a problem in the future, it can just as easily be reinstated.
