very interesting story about possible breakthroughs in space travel

maybe, but it's the first that i've seen of it

however, i don't read science websites very often

NASA has been using gravity for many years as a source of energy to thrust spacecrafts into deep space, resulting in long missions. Great benefit is that the amount of fuel required to get the spacecraft from point A to point B is much lower...

It's good to see they are improving this technique :)

It proves once again what LastLegionary already new: math rocks! :headbang: :headbang:

Drifting along by gravitational fields isn't as cool as having a warp engine like on Star Trek. :(

Be patient, sbcanada...in time they will be developed.
Some might say it can't be done, but didn't they also say that about space travel in the first place, only 7 decades ago?

I've already invented the warp engine, but the government is threatening to kill me if I tell anyone else about the technology (I haven't told them yet either, that's the only reason I'm still alive).

:(

Might you be able to send me those plans encrypted through e-mail?
Use 4096 bits encryption, then even the NSA won't be able to decrypt it in the upcoming 500 yrs...
