now if no-one had nukes, no-one would need nukes.

The point is, if the US wants to be the nuclear watchdog, then let them set the example of following the treaty first, or are you saying that the US war machine can't be geared up to stop a country with nukes, even if the US does not have one.

Also the worse threat is not kim il launching a nuke armed cruise missile, it's the one guy with a baby nuke driving it a block away from the whitehouse.
