The only way I know is to open the pic, right click on it, then click on save as, and save it to your desktop or to a folder. You can then use it whenever you want, change it, etc. Hope this helps.

On mozilla and maybe opera and konqueror: Right-click the image, click "Copy image location", paste the location in your thread and embed it with an IMG tag... Like
