If I want to install an older driver for my video card, do I have to remove the current one? And if I do, how would I go about doing it? Thanks

Yes you would need to. All you hafta do (assuming you are running windows) is got to control panel, system, hardware and device manager right click the offending card and select uninstall. You'll then need to restart the PC and install the older driver.
