For some reason that picture with the guy in shorts REALLY makes me want to visit Canada.

Didn the whole shorts in winter thing a few times. I was working a B2B sales company. The rule was that if a division hit a certain number, they got to wear shorts and t-shirts instead of suits for the next day.
Our division hit it a few times in the summer and once in February.
I went out for a cig break in -30 weather in my shorts and t-shirt. Not as bad as I would've expected, and the looks from passersby...priceless
