How about it's not the Federal government business and thus unconstitutional? Domestic violence is against the law in all 50 states already.

IMHO there's a combination of things that need fixin', and no, technology is here to stay.

We just went through another round of cell problems with the 17 yr old girl.
The FCC has just gone ape shit, and most of these so-called reality shows look like Jerry Springer.
At least 'Loony Tunes" is still mostly decent, and that's pretty sad for the standard.
Don't get me wrong. I don't think everything should be "Christian" programming, but
they could do better.
I like "person of interest" ,"elementary", and the walking dead is ok sometimes(since I watch that marathon and go caught up on it.
I've been catching back up on "heroes" since they show 4 episodes every Sunday
The mentalist, and Psych are ok, but they've been slacking on new output.

I just happen to understand some of them that others may not,
thus making "Me" strange or hard to understand or figure out.
See when on talks about freedom for instance, that simply
means one has the choice to do good or evil.
Either way, you still have some-one or some-thing to answer to.
To truly be free, you have to "Choose" to live within certain guidelines.
What those guidelines are is where the politics comes in, and the
only real voice these days is the "lobby". So if you want to change, or make
a difference you need to find the right lobby.

It didn't seem too bad, until the dust started flying, then it was pretty gross.
Not as gross as it really was.
The Doc was supposed to put on the prescription and anything like Hep, ....,
but didn't.
I probably could have sued, but I'd have probably lost because I did not take the
precautions you're supposed to take even regardless of the state of the the patient.
I definitely would have done different had it been noted though.
