I don't think we ever use ketchup. maybe when we have hotdogs, but that's pretty rare.

The only things we tend to keep in the fridge are salad/veggie/cheese/condiment type things. Everything else lives in the cupboard.

I've seen it in the dollar store before. It's a lot like hershey's chocolate syrup... but Nesquick brand. I've always kept that stuff in the fridge and have had no problems whatsoever.
