pigging out/binge eating

i've been stuffing myself with as much food as i can hold, a lot lately.
i dont think that's a good thing.
i do it after school a lot.
today i had pickles, pizza sauce, cheese, prunes, cream cheese, and now i'm working on the cookie dough ice cream -- straight from the carton.
i'm probably not very near done, either.
i want some ramen noodles, too. maybe a hot dog, too.
i can't stop me.

i iknow i'm impulsive, i am poor at excecising willpower, i get depressed sometimes, i know no moderation, etc...

this fucking sucks.
 
Pizza Sauce? LIke right out of the jar? Hmm. That sounds pretty good.
 
You don't go to church enough to be pregnant.

Eating isn't a problem. Using up that food is. If you're gonna eat like that, you'd better get out and walk it off. Now that the good weather's back, I've started taking V2.0 for evening walks. We're starting small, but I plan to have her up to a mile a night before the jackets come off.

none of that is anything substantial though...you need to start eating more well balanced stuff, ribsticking stuff.
 
eat bread, eat vegetables, eat fruit, eat NON-FAT STUFF.

pizza sauce, cream cheese, ice cream and even more than 2 slices of normal cheese isn't good when you want to loose weight.

eat on fixed times. eat 3 times per day a bit less than 2 times a lot.

try to get out every day, walk, ride a bike, don't push it too much all at once though.
