Too cute for words
How do you feel about it? I feel like any moron can get through life without offending anyone, say what you think.

Edit: Just in case no one noticed yet, I never had an opinion I didn't state, loudly and as if it were fact on occasion.

as ive said before: pc=bs. hell in other threads ill make a reference to george carlins 7 words you cant say on TV bit. ill state my mind just like anyone else. i wont try to offend people but it happens.

I don't try, but in some situations, you simply have to. If I was never PC, I wouldn't be able to function in my career. That being said, those situations are pretty rare.

i'm not going to change my opinion because it might not be politically correct, but there are situations where i won't state my opinion, because it would be foolish.

example: when you end up in a gay parade, and start yelling that you think gay people are disgusting and scum. it might be your opinion, but there's a time and place for everything

I guess I should have qualified that. I'm not politcally incorrect to the point of stupidity (not always, anyway). :D

Maybe I am. I once got in an argument at a Klan rally with one of the bigoted redneck assholes. Probably luck to escape uninjured. :retard:

Yeah, I guess I'm with the majority here. Politically correct doesn't mean a whole lot to me, especially at home, but while I'm here at work, I am PC, I guess. Can't afford not to be.

common sense is my tool of trade.
It's probably contentious enough to be in it's own thread, but is there such a thing as "common sense?" If it were so common, wouldn't there be more of it around???????

some people think first. i personally do but im not pc. unless im at work but otherwise im not too pc. hell im not very pc at work either but i dont offend people.

yea common sense is not very bountiful. i think its drilled out of most people when they go thru college. like doctors for instance, i havent met one yet with any.:D

If I had a job that necessitated being pc...I'd get fired.
I think I could do it. I have one now where I can't swear, and I am intimately acquainted with many curse words.
