interesting facts we see here....

10k+ posts from the netherlands, i wonder who are those...i have less than 7k, psycho has 1k+..but that still leaves a gap..


then mexico...the only speedy gonzales i know of is luis, and he has 8k+ posts....


and last but not least...who left the last remaining computer in afghanistan intact? :D
 
I don't think those are posts, but hits, over a certain time period.
 
I do still want to know how they got that computer online in Afganistan though.
 
Nope. We carry computers with us to our austere locations, and connect to the net via satellite to send and receive cargo manifests and to track certain missions. A side effect is being able to go on the net when the going is slow. I'm not there, but I know the set-up fairly well.
 
so you could be on a mission, and while being under fire still be able to post your stories on OTC?

that would be pretty cool, just link CIA, FBI and NSA to OTC :)

I could, but I won't for 2 reasons.

1. I'm not in, and I'm not going to, Afghanistan.
2. If I'm in a sticky situation, I'll be too busy covering my ass than to post the play-by-play.

You might get after-action reports, but I doubt that'll be possible. Too many variables.
