Rat bastard questions

Another question to piggyback on the original one... if your infant only lives a couple hours, do you submit an obituary to the paper? The paper I work at has done two or three that I can remember for infants in the time I've worked there.

Obituary, probably not. But a funeral, and burial, yes.
 
i would use the name i'd picked out... like others have said, that's who i picked it out for... and i'd feel really shitty if i gave my child a second-rate name just because i knew he or she was going to die soon. if they have to die, i'd at least want them to have the good name. i can think of other names.
