... better make that 'grandma'. I made 2 cuttings off of the original. One thrived, one died. I let the mama recover for three weeks before I planned another cutting... but a rapid 'something' swept through and killed 4 of my 5 plants at the root/stem joint in a matter of hours. The one cutting was all I had left... and shes a monster; over 3 feet tall. I've made one other cutting and have a fresh foot tall one from that. I've my eye on a side stem from the main one that I'll take when it gets a tad longer.

I hardly have time to visit here anymore but whenever I am sitting working on my online problems sets ICQ is always running.

A little update on something I was gabbing about when I left a few weeks ago. My hospitalized aunt.. It IS a cancer. It is a bit spread.. but not total runamok. Odds of seeing her next birthday. 1 in 3.

Well, it's better than slim to none. Glad to hear it's not as wild as it could've been, but cancer still sucks.

Seriously, I hope everything works out with your aunt, cancer is devastating, especially if it's spread. My family got lucky with it twice in surviving it, hope your aunt has the same result.
