ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Biologists are investigating the discovery of hundreds of thousands of dead fish in an Orange County lake, according to Local 6 News.
Residents found the dead fish in the south end of Lake Apopka Sunday after a storm passed through the area. Florida Fish and Wildlife Game Commission biologist Bill Johnson said that the fish kill is most likely a natural occurrence caused by a combination of low lake levels and dry weather in Central Florida.
