Russia, Ukraine to Resume Gas Talks

Gawd you people make me laugh. You spend decades trying to convince the USSR that capitalism is the way to go. And now that they're embracing supply-demand to it's logical ends, you're still bitching.

They won't really shut it off. They will squeeze every last cent out of it though.
 
They're not gonna shut off anything. They're posturing, showing some muscle before heading to the table to quibble the price. As I recall all of us were pretty much told the same thing a few months back when the price of gas tripled. We were told "pay it, or go home". We paid, and the gas flowed.

If they play it right Russia could supply entire Europe with gas by under selling the compitition. Then it would bring the compition into line...Either come down on the price or go broke...
