Sheep are incredibly stupid animals. No need to waste a bullet. You could lead them to slaughter with a carrot. When the reach their widdle woolie heads up to take a bite, just slit the throat, and haul it up by the rear ankles. Just make sure you drain the blood someplace sanitary...
