What brand? Is it one of those Bernina machines that can run Windows and that you can tell it what pattern to do and go away while it sews it for you for a few hours?

Cat, it's apparently self cleaning....hmmm...I still don't get that. The sales lady said that it would have to be serviced every couple of years or so for an in depth cleaning.
Right now I'm stuck. I can't seem to get the embroidery presser foot off and I have been too busy to call the store and have them walk me through it. I was going to schedule a one on one training course (free and available every Thursday evening) yesterday but Mally is sick and I just didn't want to do that.
