Is it just me or do the smilies no longer animate?

clear cache and set/reset and although I don't see the option in Firefox ,Netscape used to have a setting for comparing the page from the cache once/never etc...,have you played with this setting?

Yeah, I got some of the smilies animating ... oddly... in that you can see each frame of the animation. Although... come to think of it, it aint doin' it now.
