I'm tellin' ya man the legislature here is freaking out.

You've seen the relate stuff I've post else where.

Some big people are losing some big money, and they are just freakin'.

I predict some of the same messed up stuff will be tried if the stockmarket does
take a really back hit now.

Well, considering that a southern state (Georgia) is looking to settle an old score with another southern state (Tennessee), no, that's not the issue here.

I just heard today that the legislature is going to reintroduce a bill that
would seize control of all water, not just traffic-ways.

That's ALL waters in the US...lakes, creeks, wells...
The supreme court already ruled against, but just like the immigration thing,
and a lot of other stuff, they are going to keep trying.

Slaves in the south were worth more than all their other institutions combined. They made tons of whites very rich. Of course they wanted to secede and blame Lincoln for messing with their money.
