So...what's it take to become a MOD around here?

I've been told that I'd make a good MOD because of my even temper and quick and easy manner. I was jsut wondering how it worked around here. Are there nominations? Job postings?

IS this something thats exclusivly discussed in teh Bomb Shelter?
