Dec. 23 — After punch at the office party, wine over Christmas and champagne on New Year’s Eve, is it any wonder folks feel like they need a week at a spa to recuperate from the holidays? If you’re like most people, you’re probably anticipating the merriment without a thought to the morning after when the wrecking crew crawls inside your head hammering and setting off explosives. But this holiday season, try making a pre-New Year’s resolution to avoid the hangover.

Well since I'm not working again till the 7th I can stay in bed. :D

Jammy sod! I'm working again New Year's Night... :(

Then again, I do have till the 22nd off after that :D

I was actually pretty good this season. Not a single hangover. Since I only have 4 beers in the house for New Year's, that record should remain intact.

I have a couple of cans of strong lager and a bottle of burgundy to keep me company. :)

Actually I've got some orange juice, lemonade and plenty of ice in the fridge too so I shall horrify wine conniseurs everywhere by making some Sangria. That should prevent the morning hangover.

Don't work too hard. :)
