and from what i hear, guys can use it too... just gotta experement a bit. it won't have the suction, but you can still get sensation.
it's really good if you put it smack dab in the middle of the light-massage and heavy-massage settings... it may take practice to make it stay there, but it will make one single jet of water come out, and it's more powerful than the already-given single-jet, so it's a lot better.
