Baaaa. Baaaa. Baaaa.

This is what happens when the majority of people start to think that meat comes from a factory.

In what way do you morally or logically justify the position that a man's life is no more important than an animal's

a life is a life. thats how i see it i dont see it as scary. i see it as nature. unless nature somehow scares you

A cow? A rat? A spider? An ant? A plant? A bacterium?

I'm always skeptical of someone who says they don't draw lines. Usually, the "no lines" logic becomes absurd at some point. Sure, drawing lines is a difficult thing to do sometimes, but a line has to go somewhere.

Personally, for some circumstances I think it's perfectly fine to draw the line at human/not human. For other circumstances I would draw it at intelligent/not intelligent (a much harder line to define). For others, I would say has a brain/does not have a brain. No need to have one line.

If the graphic in my local paper that explains it is right, the dolphins use their internal sonar to find mines, then release a miniature bouy to mark the location. Dolphins are smart enough to find mines and mark their locations without setting them off. How's that any more cruel than training a St. Bernard to brave harsh conditions to save someone in the snow?

Oops, that post was somewhat of a late hit... I guess there was another page I didn't notice was there.
