At least he wasn't an extremist. An extremist would have detonated a bomb killing everyone in a 100 foot radius.

The man charged in Monday's shootings outside a Little Rock military recruiting center will be in court Tuesday morning.

Abdulhakim Mujahid Muhammad, also known as Carlos Bledsoe, is charged with capital murder and 15 counts of terroristic acts.

The shooting happened Monday morning at an Army/Navy recruitment center on Rodney Parham Road.

Little Rock Police Chief Stuart Thomas says Muhammad intentionally targeted military personnel.

Private William Long, 23, of Conway, died as a result of his injuries.

Police say Muhammad opened fire because of his religious beliefs. He was a recent convert to Islam.

A witness to the shooting told KARK 4 they were sitting at a nearby traffic light when they heard the gunfire and saw a vehicle speed away from the scene.

The prison convert to Islam murderer:

"Police say Muhammad opened fire because of his religious beliefs."

silly cops. he opened fire because he's an asshole.

It's just another excuse...
"So, what you're telling em is that if I become Muslim and change my name that I'm now doing god's will and can kill to my heart's content?" "Where do I sign?"

I'm an atheist, if I sign up with jebus can I
kill kill kill, too?

Wait, this guy was simply:
"expressing his religious beliefs?"

Isn't that a protected kinda right? ;)
