Ok, i figure i've done enough electronic threads. The truth is that love the best of all music, even country. I love the way her voice crackles and is always on the virge of tears. Stand by your man is such an awesome piece...

Shes good...also love to listen to Connie Francis and Brenda Lee....and Janis Joplin....and...
 
I like Connie Francis as well. Brenda Lee i like too but she belongs to that interesting catagory of artists such as Neil Diamond & Burl Ives that need to be classified "cheesy". :D

Note: This is not a negative thing. I like all these artists.
 
I once got into a lot of trouble for singing "Stand by Your Pram" accross the university canteen at a fellow student who accidently got herself pregnant :eh:

Didn't know her hormones were so delicate.....stupid girl almost succeeded in gettin' me kicked off campus.....

I don't mind Tammy Wynette.......more of a Patsy Cline kinda person tho' ;)
 
Mary's the best writer, but Trisha has one of the great voices in popular music today, IMO.
