i posted a while ago the instructions to drink tequila (an expert told me), but here are again:

- use a cognac glass.
- make sure to let it warm, just like cognac
- When you start to see how the tequila "climbs" the walls of the glass is time to drink it.
- drink "certain" amount and leave it in your mouth (certain because it depends on the mouth size)
- move the tequila all the way in your mouth, one side, below the thongue, etc etc, for 30 SECONDS (yeah, you will cry, but it is worth).
- after 30secs swallow it.
- now you are ready to drink tequila like water

why?

i drank half a bottle at my missus' birthday a few years ago on a stomach that contained nothing but beer. i was decidedly unwell, passed out onthe bathroom floor and swore at anyone who came in to check on me.

and to make matters worse i awoke in the morning hangover free, which is practically an insult to the people who i abused the night before.
