A 15-year-old boy in Oregon has been convicted of physical harassment and sentenced to three days of community service for giving another boy a titty twister, reports the Associated Press.
David Thumler, 15, said it was just horseplay, but the mother of his 13-year-old victim said it was humiliating for her son.
In addition to the community service, Thumler has been ordered to pay a $67 fine and the misdemeanor has been placed on his permanent record.
Ken Chapman, a juvenile probation supervisor in Jackson County, said kids should expect to be charged for any sort of "offensive physical touching" such as wet-willies, wedgies, swirlies, or noogies.
