The page has to be long enough for the mouse click not to be within one bar length. Go back to page 132 with the scroll bar up at the top, then click on the bottom of it (the light green part where the scroll bar resides... not the arrow) and hold the button.

It's called crazy browser, it uses the IE engine, but give me tabs, and stops popups. Just a sec, I'll see if works in my IE.
