INSIST they've never ever heard of her, before i fell in love with her.
i can't believe that.

It's not that surprising, really ash. Even in her heyday, Bettie appealed to a very specific, umm, group. If your parents weren't into that, they probably wouldn't have known. You learned about her through your interest in things Goth, am I right?

ummm... i don't remember really how i got into her. she'd been a slight interest to me for a long time, but i dont know how that started, exactly.
but when i saw the E! True Hollywood Story about her, back in december... that's when i really fell for her.
that night, i went berzerk and printed out a lot of pictures of her.
by next day, my walls were plastered with her.
i talk about her a lot, lol.
