This is an excellent example of why Mad TV kicks SNL's ass, and has for several years now. :D

Thats when I stopped watching as well.


I returned a bit for Farley and Phil Hartman... but that era has long gone the way of the dodo.

I actually watched a bit of both. (Had a crush on Anthony Michael Hall as a girl. He's a monster now.) I gave it up in favor of Mad TV a year or two into the latter's reign. Don't watch either consistently.
 
MADtv is better than SNL; but even the golden era of MADtv is gone.

Still funnier than SNL though, but even SNL has it moments sometimes.
